  • How do I schedule my 1 to 1 coaching sessions?

    All scheduling instructions with calendar are provided after the purchase of the course. However, I do recommend to follow this plan: 1. 1st Private Coaching Session to set goals and priorities 2. Complete Self Coaching Guide

  • How long does it take to complete the course?

    Videos 1 to 5 are in total about 45 recorded minutes long, but each video has worksheets to complete +3 optional meditations which are about total of 30 recorded minutes long. In order to get the best out of the course, the minimum recommended time to complete the course is 2.5 -3 hours. For the maximum benefit and enjoyment, we recommend giving the you 4 days and dedicating 45 minutes per day to ‘You (U) time’. 1 to 1 Coaching session is 1 hour long

  • Why do I need 1 Coaching session on top of Self Coaching Guide?

    Self Coaching Guide is a great tool to help you to resolve ongoing, daily issues. 1 coaching session, which I recommend scheduling before starting Self Coaching Guide will help you to set your priorities by talking through some areas of your life and seeing where you most need improvement.
